Karin Westdyk is an author, environmental journalist, activist, and poet focused on regenerative agriculture and sustainability. A former teacher who raised eight children, she published and edited an environmental magazine with a circulation of 20,000 and now writes for Belize AgReport. She serves on the board of Pro-Organic Belize, manages a sustainable teaching homestead, and facilitates programs supporting education access and solar energy for underserved families.
